Flintlock Theatre launched in 2012 to create exciting, accessible theatre right here in Oxfordshire. Since then, we’ve toured locally and nationally to great acclaim with support from Oxford Playhouse and Arts Council England.

All FTS’s classes and workshops are taught by professional performers with extensive teaching experience. Across the board we operate a friendly, confidence-building approach with courses and classes to suit everybody.

• Flintlock Youth Company – a training ground for aspiring theatre-makers aged 15-19, working with the ethos of a small-scale, professional theatre company
• Saturday School – a part-time drama school for young people aged 8-15 based at the Oxford High School Junior Department, Bardwell Road
• Flintlock Beginners – This fun-filled class has been specifically designed for younger students aged between 5 and 8 years old who love to sing, dance, play and act
• Holiday Courses – A range of courses in theatre and film, conveniently located in and around North Oxford
