Terms & Conditions for the Picture Summertown competition: This competition is open to young people aged 10 to 18. The photographs submitted will be judged in three age groups (10-12, 13-15, and 16-18). The uploaded pictures must be RGB jpegs at 72dpi and must be less than 2Mb. A panel of photographers and graphic artists will judge the pictures. Prizes will be awarded for the best pictures in each age group and the winning pictures will be exhibited in Summertown. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the judging. In uploading your photographs you agree that they may be displayed on this site, in an exhibition of winning entries, and on any promotional or other material produced by or for Summertown.info. The pictures will remain on the site for as long as the organisers think is suitable. The photographs must show some view of Summertown or some aspect of life in Summertown. Any picture that is thought, in the opinion of the organisers, not to illustrate Summertown will be removed. Likewise, any picture which shows any obscene or defamatory image will also be removed. Telephone numbers and email addresses are only collected so that the winning photographers can be notified and details of the exhibition can be sent to all entrants. They will not be used for any other purpose or given or sold to any other organisation.
